Sebastian Vettel made history when he became F1’s youngest ever race winner at the age of 21 Years and 74 days taking that record from Fernando Alonso (2003).  In a rain hit race, Sebastian controlled the race driving with the maturity, speed and precision expected of a champion, beating a rather anonymous Heikki Kovailanen in a highly competitive Mclaren in 2nd, with Robert Kubica who climbed 8 places to finish 3rd.

Lewis Hamilton completed a stunning drive making up places overtaking Kimi Raikkonen along the way, finishing behind Felipe Massa to finish 7th and retain the Championship lead.  Meanwhile Kimi finished out of the points making little impression other than setting the fastest lap for the 9th time this season.
