FIA penalties in Hungary

Much has been made of Raikkonen not getting a penalty for his move into Hamilton at the Hungary GP start and Mark Webber getting once when he bashed Barrichello in Germany.

Well, for starters Raikkonen had tried to avoid Mark Webber’s Red Bull whereas Mark had no one to avoid in Germany.  The KERS of Kimi also gives him reasonable doubt given the extra speed from nowhere, where Mark doesn’t even have KERS.

The FIA investigated Kimi and Mark Webber and found nothing.  Yes Sebastien Vettel had to retire but that’s racing

So what’s the big deal?
